What are your timings for setting up and serving?

As a general rule our staff will aim to be on site approximately 1-2 hours before your guests are due to eat and will cook and serve for a period of up to one and a half hours from an agreed start time.

Any remaining food will be plattered and left on the buffet table for your guests to eat at their leisure.

Please note: It is unwise to leave unrefrigerated for over three hours, especially during warm weather).
